Probiotic Water Treatment

ELYN BIO digests organic matter, establishes a beneficial microbial baseline, and competitively excludes pathogenic Vibrio. It contains ≥ 6 × 1012 CFU/kg total viable count across 4 strain types: Bacillus, Lactobacillus, Pseudomonas, and yeast. Apply 2 kg/ha, weekly to every 2 weeks depending on organic load — BIO is the foundation of the ELYN system.

ELYN DN controls the nitrogen cycle and suppresses toxic H₂S formation at the sediment–water interface — H₂S is the leading non-viral cause of shrimp mortality. DN contains ≥ 6 × 1012 CFU/kg across 4 strain types including dedicated nitrifiers (Nitrosomonas converts ammonia to nitrite; Nitrobacter converts nitrite to far less toxic nitrate). Apply 2 kg/ha once every 2 weeks, 2–3 days after BIO.

  • Organic load digestion and microbial baseline (BIO)
  • Competitive exclusion of Vibrio via space, resource, and antimicrobial chemistry (BIO)
  • Full nitrification chain plus H₂S suppression at the sediment interface (DN)
  • Freeze-dried powder, zeolite carrier, 5 kg aluminum bags — 2-year shelf life

Targeted Biological Controls

ELYN DGA captures excess phosphorus to starve algae at their nutrient source. Mineral-based — not a probiotic, not a chemical algaecide — calcium, magnesium, and aluminum compounds bind free phosphorus into stable apatite forms as the powder sinks through the water column.

At the bottom, DGA buffers acidic sediment, reduces H2S toxicity through mineral chemistry, and supplies Ca2+ and Mg2+ essential for shrimp moulting and shell hardening.

  • 77.4% algae removal in 10 minutes; over 95% total reduction
  • pH buffering against day/night swings caused by photosynthesis cycles
  • Sediment mineralisation and mineral supplementation (Ca, Mg)
  • Mineral powder (100–150 mesh), 20 kg bags. Dose 5–20 ppm, 2–3× per cycle. Effective duration up to 1 month.

Note: Adjust the dosage according to pond conditions during the culture cycle, and increase the dosage as feed input increases. See Farm Programs for detailed guidance.

Competitive exclusion & hydrogen sulfide

ELYN’s beneficial bacteria do not only improve water quality — they compete with pathogenic organisms (especially Vibrio species) for nutrients and colonization space. That competitive exclusion is part of how the system supports disease prevention alongside parameter control.

Hydrogen sulfide is a silent killer in shrimp farming: it forms under anaerobic sediment and is toxic at very low concentrations. ELYN DN is formulated specifically for H₂S removal alongside ammonia and nitrite — a benefit farmers should weigh as heavily as “nitrogen removal” alone.

Programs, not promises.

We do not sell miracle cures. Our products are backed by laboratory development and designed for real farm conditions. We focus on measurable, repeatable outcomes — the kind that show up in water tests and harvest results, not just marketing brochures.

Our products are manufactured by Korean labs and fermentation facilities. Specialized Korean biotechnology companies with dedicated fermentation and freeze-drying facilities. Developed with additional partners including leading laboratories from the European Union, specialising in microbial solutions for aquaculture. We handle everything from sourcing and quality assurance to regional distribution and technical guidance — so farmers get access to proven products with proper support behind them.

Korean knowhow of our partners in microbial aquaculture science from high-density shrimp and fish farming for 20+ years resulted in freeze-drying formulation methods behind ELYN's product stability.
